How he became a stray is anyone's guess, but lucky for him, he was taken to the shelter and then into the safety of Animal Alliance. JUAN CARLOS is very sweet and like most chihuahuas loves human attention. JUAN CARLOS is small enough to take just about anywhere and he would certainly like to accompany you on your errands. This pet is spayed or neutered in accordance with our strict policy wherein all animals are altered prior to adoption. This pet is dewormed, current on vaccines, and started on monthly flea/tick and preventatives.
